Your mother didn’t stop having an inner life when she moved into care.
Licensed clinicians come to the resident on-site. Medicare covers it in most cases. Your family coordinates nothing.

Questions
Questions families and directors ask
Practical answers for the people who arrange care.
Do you accept Medicaid?
We place licensed clinicians on-site at assisted living and skilled nursing communities. Most senior services are billed to Medicare, not Medicaid. Reach out and we’ll confirm how your resident’s coverage works.
How do I start mental health services for an elderly resident?
A Wellness Director or family member submits one referral and we coordinate consent, scheduling, and billing. For broader social-service needs, your community’s social worker or the local Area Agency on Aging is the right contact.
What mental health issues are common in seniors?
The most common concerns we see in assisted living and skilled nursing settings are depression, grief, isolation, cognitive-related anxiety, and adjustment after a move. Our clinicians specialize in older adults and work on-site so residents never have to travel.
Do your psychologists take Medicare?
Our clinicians are Medicare-enrolled and see residents on-site across Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, and Okeechobee counties. In most cases there is no out-of-pocket cost to the resident.
What is geriatric counseling?
Geriatric counseling is therapy designed for older adults — addressing grief, depression, isolation, and life-stage adjustment. We deliver it on-site inside the resident’s community, by licensed clinicians experienced with this age group.
